Chrisbystrom.com and Bystrom Productions are maintained by Chris’s 22 year old son Josh Bystrom, Josh has been surfing since the age of 6 and lives on the Gold Coast of Australia. The aim of this website for him is to keep his dad’s legacy alive and to promote and sell his fathers surf movies and memorabilia.

Payment via Chrisbystrom.com:
To make payment simply click the link “Add to Cart” below your desired item, your order will then appear in the top right hand side of your screen, then click the link “Go to Checkout”. This will direct you to a page to enter your details, upon completion you will be directed to PayPal where payment can be made.
If you have an existing paypal account simply sign in and transfer funds, however if you don’t scroll down to the link “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and click “Continue”, which will then direct you to a field to enter your credit card #, expiry date etc…

Paying by Credit Card:
Paying by credit card is 100% safe with Chrisbystrom.com and is no more risky using your credit card online than it is anywhere else.
Delivery:
Chrisbystrom.com will endeavor to send your purchased goods within 2 working days, which you should receive via Australia Post within 1-5 working days, for overseas purchases please allow 3-10 working days. Prices for postage are indicated once you “check out” your item, however shipping to countries other than Australia and America will incur further shipping and rates, email Josh for further prices and information.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when buying from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address, so please double check when entering your details!
Returns and Exchanges:

If you are for any reason unhappy with the item you have purchased, we will be more than happy to issue with a refund of the purchased price, however if the product is used or worn we are not obliged to do so.
Return claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice or provide us with your order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require and simply mail the item back to us!
