Surf World Gold Coast is a museum dedicated to celebrating the history of surfing, along with an extensive collection of boards and classic memorabilia, this museum gives you an in-depth view into the origins of surfing. Surf World highlights the evolution of surfboard design and technology from the 30's through to today and also showcases some of the younger tallents in the sport. Included in this are some of Mick Fannings and Stephanie Gilmores world title winning boards. This museum really has something for everyone and it is a must see if you are ever on the Gold Coast.
